1. Borrow a ring for an afternoon
Take one they wear on the ring finger and trace its inside edge on paper, or bring it to a showroom and we will measure it while you wait.
2. Press it into soap
No time to borrow? Press the ring into a bar of soap and photograph the impression next to a ruler. It is surprisingly accurate.
3. Ask a friend or family member
Someone close to them may already know, or can find out over a casual shopping trip.
